I’m T Khartthick, Founder & Principal of KAY TEE SPAACES. My career spans over three decades of leadership and fifteen years in real estate.
Before founding the firm, I held key roles at Sita World Travels, AOL – Time Warner, and Aegis – Essar, followed by an enriching tenure at Cushman & Wakefield, one of the world’s leading property advisory firms.
Those years shaped a philosophy rooted in research, client advocacy, and trust. They also instilled the discipline to see property not as an asset alone, but as an expression of intent and legacy.
Over time, I’ve learned that the rarest currency in real estate isn’t capital — it’s credibility. Clients stay not because of deals, but because of dependability. That belief continues to define KAY TEE SPAACES today.
